I believe you have been intuitively guided here to learn how you can find a creative place to explore ways to offer yourself more self-care. perhaps, in addition to traditional therapeutic modalities, you are wanting to find ways to move through doubt, discomfort & fear that has been holding you back from moving forward in a more intentional and authentic way.

you may be seeking to find self-expression and want to call upon your creativity to learn more about your needs & wants with creative arts. you recognize you can benefit from someone who can help you to process, understand and release what no longer serves you. and in turn find focus to plan intentionally to achieve your wants/needs & desires.

I am here to offer you guidance. because I too can relate to needing a safe place to express myself through art.

how can therapeutic expressive art help you:

it allows us to use the unique power of art to explore, process, understand and expand together. expressive art guides you to letting go of blocks and living a more authentic life.

*my art form is usually painting, however feel free to use whichever modality you like to create with during our time together.

I am really excited to emerge out of a mindset that had held me back for far too long. as I launch this new healing space my goal is to guide you to your journey as I am on the same road. despite what mile marker we are at, it’s knowing you don’t have to figure it all out on your own. by using an expressive art approach you’ll find ways to process, understand, release and find focus to plan intentionally for the life you want. it has been profoundly life changing for me.

dKol has two offerings that she can guide you through. whether you’re looking for support in your personal and/or professional life she has created two separate spaces that combine mindful art making with intuitive soul searching to help bring forward your dreams and goals.
